The $350 special is the front door for small repairs, punch lists, installs, and handyman tasks. It is not a blank check for unlimited work. The intake form helps us price the job clearly before anyone shows up.

If the job becomes larger than the handyman special, we pause and create a larger project estimate instead of surprising the customer.
Suggested working rule: no extra work, extra materials, extra helper, or extra time gets added without customer approval first.
