   Licensed general contractor for remodeling and new construction of single-family homes, storage units, warehouse offices, elevator-lift towers, retail fronts, townhomes, condominiums and multifamily projects.

2. 2009 – 2019

   Mansions Senior Living & Coastal General Contractors

   VP & Managing Partner

   Developed, built and operated ten senior living properties, and added Hilton Head Mansions, with 200 independent living units and about 53 cottages.

3. 1992 – 2009

   Legacy Communities / Peachtree Communities

   Vice President

   Managed construction to scheduled timelines and within budget. Legacy Communities was named National Home Builder of the Year in 2009, building an average of 2,250 homes a year across 33 neighborhoods. Opened new markets in North and South Carolina and managed 93 employees. Legacy later sold to Century Communities in 2012.

Mark grew up on job sites, learning carpentry from his father and electrical work from his grandfather. After a long executive career in manufacturing and telecom, he returned to construction to develop and build senior living communities.

   Responsible for developing, building and operating ten properties in Oklahoma and Georgia, ranging from one to four stories on 5 to 19 acres. Two more developments are underway, with 200 independent living units and about 53 cottages.

   Held roles across sales, marketing, logistics and supply chain at Fortune 500 companies, and started new companies, with domestic and international business in the wireless industry.

   Family business

   Assisted his father, a carpenter, with general development and construction, and apprenticed with his grandfather, an electrician for OG&E, on side jobs.
